Based on the Soma cube, a mathematical puzzle with 240 distinct solutions that was invented in 1933 by Danish designer Piet Hein. Made of seven movable pieces this variation is incomplete, lacking a center cube. While it can be arranged in multiple positions, its shape will always create an empty space to be filled.
